Job Title: Registered Nurse

At TotalMed Staffing, we're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assessing their conditions and coordinating treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in their health status promptly.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide patient education to promote recovery and self-care management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license
  • BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
  • Two years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
