Warehouse Logistics Specialist

At Ryder, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods through our warehouse facilities.

This role involves operating a variety of equipment including stand-up clamp forklifts, as well as performing tasks such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, preferably with a focus on material handling and logistics. They will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off, among others.

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting, preferably with a focus on material handling and logistics.

  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
