Application Process:

To begin, complete the TMC online driver application, which is straightforward and takes approximately 10 minutes.

  • Weekly pay schedule.

  • Operate the latest model Peterbilt equipment.
  • Eligible for reimbursement of CDL School tuition.

Orientation & Training:

Our training program is one of the few recognized on-the-job truck driver training initiatives in the nation, approved by the Department of Labor as a certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship program.

Orientation lasts for two weeks at one of our designated training facilities.

  • Week 1: Engaging classroom instruction combined with practical load securement training.
  • Week 2: Equipment familiarization along with comprehensive training on conducting a thorough DOT Pre-Trip Inspection, as well as backing and driving instruction.

The remainder of the training consists of on-the-road experience with a driver trainer.
