Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students with physical impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, and changes in physical function.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for each student within your caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the student's IEP
  • Provide interventions and therapeutic treatments to students
  • Educate students, family members, and caregivers about the individualized treatment plan
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure student needs are met
  • Document student progress and plan of actions in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
Requirements:
  • Active or pending California OT license
  • Masters degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous school experience preferred but not required
