Job Overview

We are an established window covering provider with a focus on automation, installation, and consulting. Our team is seeking a detail-oriented individual to work directly with our installation lead, sometimes including one of the owners.

Compensation Package
$21-$23.50 per hour for beginners, $24-$26.50 with some experience, and $27-$30 per hour for qualified installers. The position also offers medical benefits, 50/50 plan, paid time off/vacation, and a 401k plan with matching incentives.

About the Role
This full-time position involves working with ladders up to 6ft tall, lifting 40-50 pounds, and installing curtain hardware and window treatments. Applicants should have experience with tools and fasteners, such as cordless drivers and tape measures. A professional attitude and willingness to learn are expected, along with the ability to grow into an expert measurer-installer role.

Responsibilities
Daily work entails driving to and from job sites, so a valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required. The candidate will work primarily with a lead installer but may also work alone or with an assistant depending on experience. The current position equates to 30-40 hours a week, with general work hours between 8A.M.-5P.M. Overtime pay is offered when necessary.
