Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and implement individualized exercise programs that cater to members' unique fitness goals and needs.
  • Group Fitness Instruction: Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for members.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to members, helping them achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring a positive experience for members.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge as a Fitness Coach.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of personal training experience.
  • Certifications: Certified personal trainer from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA).
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and engage members, knowledge of fitness principles and program design.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Group Fitness Experience: Previous experience leading group fitness classes or small group training sessions.
