Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care to pediatric patients, maintaining productivity and quality standards while managing a diverse patient panel.
  • Advocacy: Act as a champion for patients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and compassion.
  • Quality Management: Collaborate with care teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Clinical Oversight: Develop and implement clinical guidelines based on best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff and leadership to monitor and improve service delivery and patient experience.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and facilitate onboarding for new medical staff, promoting continuous professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Medicine and a valid California Medical License.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in pediatric medicine and two years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
