- Maintain accurate records and reports, including student data and program evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student success and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a classroom or laboratory setting, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position, working approximately 26.7% of full-time. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
