Key Responsibilities
  • Assist faculty in the preparation and presentation of instructional materials, including lesson plans and educational resources.
  • Provide support for students, including tutoring, proctoring, and scoring tests.
  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement educational programs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including student data and program evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student success and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in a classroom or laboratory setting, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time, non-exempt position, working approximately 26.7% of full-time. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
