Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Branch Associate to provide excellent customer service at our branch locations, offer advice and recommendations based on customers' needs, and deliver products from our branches to customers. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail and a mechanical mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Offer product recommendations and find cost-effective solutions for customers' needs
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, including equipment, parts, and supplies
  • Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into trucks
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail store environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and DOT physical and drug test
