Job Summary:

The University of California, Irvine is seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a full range of basic and advanced level procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MRI procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and safe imaging results

Act as a resource to other staff members as needed, providing guidance and support

Participate in on-call rotation and work varied shifts as assigned

Requirements:

Advanced Specialty Certification in MRI or Graduate from an accredited school of MRI

Ability to obtain Advanced Specialty certification within 6 months of hire date

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

AART license/certification within six (6) months from date of hire
