Head Swim Coach

Aronimink Golf Club, a renowned country club in Newtown Square, PA, is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Swim Coach to lead our summer swim team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching or teaching swim skills to children and teens, with the ability to connect with young swimmers, build confidence, and foster a positive learning environment.
This role involves overseeing a staff of assistant coaches, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for swimmers of all skill levels, and organizing regular practices and championship meets. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide swim lessons to both team members and club members of all ages, with opportunities to develop and expand a swim lesson program.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include employee discounts in Pro Shops, employee uniforms, free parking, team meals, and access to new pool facilities.
