As an Inventory Operations Coordinator at Jabil, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tech manufacturing facility. ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Coordination
  • Team Management: Take daily attendance and assign team members to their respective tasks based on the production schedule and individual capabilities.
  • Process Monitoring: Ensure that kitting processes are executed correctly, including material picking, packing, labeling, and preparation for the production line.
  • Team Development: Support the development of the kitting team by offering training and guidance to improve their efficiency and accuracy.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Material Forecasting: Assist in anticipating material requirements based on production forecasts, ensuring that the production line receives accurate and timely deliveries of materials.
  • Production Support: Work closely with production supervisors to ensure that the line receives accurate and timely deliveries of materials, helping to avoid downtime.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and inventory control to ensure materials are available and properly stocked to meet kitting needs.
Safety and Compliance
  • Health and Safety Standards: Enforce all safety protocols and ensure that team members follow safe work practices, particularly in handling materials and equipment.
  • Compliance: Ensure all kitting operations adhere to company policies, including maintaining accuracy in material labeling and record-keeping.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in kitting, inventory control, or production operations, preferably in a tech manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional coursework or certification in inventory management, logistics, or a related field being beneficial.

Benefits

Jabil offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
