The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will design, build, and support scalable Kubernetes clusters across public and private cloud environments. You will work closely with developers, infrastructure engineers, and security teams to ensure our Kubernetes environments are optimized for performance, security, and reliability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Kubernetes Cluster Maintenance: Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters on public and private cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EKS, Azure AKS). Ensure seamless integration of applications into Kubernetes environments.
  • Container Security: Build, test, and deploy secure custom container images, optimizing for security and performance.
  • Cluster Observability: Implement observability best practices, monitor cluster health, and troubleshoot complex Kubernetes issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Automation and Deployment: Work with Helm charts and other automation tools to streamline deployments and ensure consistent infrastructure builds.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Linux, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
  • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters on public and/or private cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EKS, Azure AKS). Proficiency with TLS/SSL certificates and mutual TLS.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes resources like Deployments, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, and RBAC.
  • Knowledge of observability practices and GitOps principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
