Plumber Apprentice Job Summary: At Plumb Works, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Pipe Fitting Specialist. This role involves working closely with experienced plumbers to install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems. As a Pipe Fitting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.

The successful candidate will work 40+ hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed, earning a competitive starting wage of $17/hour. With experience, this can grow to $34,000-$40,000/year.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PIPE FITTING SPECIALIST:


  • Assist experienced plumbers with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems.
  • Gain knowledge and confidence through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
  • Work on more complex systems and take on more independence as you hone your skills.
  • Interact with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience and help them make confident buying decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PIPE FITTING SPECIALIST:


  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
