Trellis Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor to join our After School Program team in Edgewood. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to children with autism in a 1:1 or 3:1 ratio, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Assist children with arts and crafts, play games and puzzles, and participate in community outings, fostering a sense of community and socialization.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced Case Managers to develop and implement individualized plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 100 hours of experience working with individuals with developmental delays.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 and eligibility to work in the United States.
