About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary
  • Ensure customers have a positive first and last impression by maintaining a clean and well-maintained store
  • Perform daily safety sweeps to identify and address potential hazards
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with our Environmental Sustainability Program
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
