Energy Efficiency Technician

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Technician to join our team as a Solar Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments and installing energy-efficient upgrades in single-family residential projects.

• Conduct thorough physical site assessments using specialized equipment and tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Install energy-efficient upgrades, including insulation, pipe insulation, and compact fluorescent light bulbs.
• Perform energy audits and produce detailed reports on pre- and post-upgrade results.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, supervisors, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service by enforcing company policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BPI certification is a plus.
• Experience in residential construction and/or maintenance industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred, as well as a general disposition towards technology.
• Availability to work some Saturdays.
• Ability to lift thirty-five pounds and work in tight spaces.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$23 USD per hour, depending on experience.
