Bartender - Fine Dining

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Dividend Restaurant Group. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating a memorable experience for our customers.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques.

• 2+ years of experience as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant.
• Ability to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• State license to serve alcohol and understanding of state/local liquor regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks.
• Manual dexterity and ability to multi-task.
• Professional communication and social skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Strong team-work orientation and basic math and computer skills.
