Baker

Chuck-A-Rama Buffet Restaurants is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing our famous rolls and scones, as well as desserts, from scratch.

• Prepare high-quality baked goods, including rolls, scones, and desserts, according to recipes and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to table height.
