Job Description

The Chief Commercial Strategist will develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans to drive business growth and success. Key responsibilities include:

• Route to Consumer
  • Design and implement effective customer contact strategies to optimize sales coverage and execution.
  • Work closely with Trade Market and Category Management teams to develop and execute sales execution strategies.
• Sales Capability
  • Develop and implement plans to accelerate commercial capabilities, investing in people and processes to ensure future success.
• Commercial Planning
  • Lead the Business Planning process on behalf of sales, including external and internal planning processes.
  • Responsible for coordinating all elements of commercial measurement and review.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably managing distributors and/or National Accounts.
• Excellent commercial planning and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of IRI/Nielsen syndicated data and VIP sales reporting systems.

Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary, estimated at $128,538.65 - $144,605.98 per year, depending on location. Additionally, you can expect:
