Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
  • Maintain the sanitation of the compost areas
  • Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
  • Operate dish machines with correct cleaning solutions and chemicals
  • Clean equipment and polish silverware
