Position OverviewWe are in search of a skilled Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient settings to join our team. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your therapy skills while advancing your professional journey. The travel assignment will involve delivering therapy and rehabilitation services to patients, focusing on their recovery from physical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize clinical judgment to assess patients, determine diagnoses, and formulate a comprehensive care plan.
- Exhibit proficiency in age-appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
- Adhere to intervention protocols and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in accordance with established medical and facility standards.
- Facilitate patient discharge when treatment goals are achieved or when further intervention is no longer required.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance team productivity.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last five years.
