About the Role

As a Senior Solution Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Solution Development: You will lead the development of solutions that support our business needs, ensuring that they comply with our architecture guidelines, specifications, and business partner quality requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: You will gather and provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: You will develop test plans, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and integration testing of solutions to ensure that requirements are met before deployment to production.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with Product teams to ensure that products and solutions are available and working properly.
  • Knowledge Expertise: You will act as a knowledge expert (SME) in the TDP area for End-to-End processes.
  • Solution Identification and Proposal: You will identify and propose solutions and features to fit the TDP product.
  • Issue Resolution: You will solve assigned issues together with the business.
  • Requirements Documentation: You will document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updated requirements such as legal, customer experience, or other.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineer who possesses:

  • Strong Technical Skills: You will have a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform, Extranets, IAM technologies, and large datasets and relational databases.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: You will have superb communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Acumen: You will have a strong understanding of the business and be able to manage stakeholder interests while simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
  • Agile Methodology: You will have a strong understanding of the Agile methodology and working with Cross Functional Collaboration.
