Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at our store location. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right instruments and equipment to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer, ensuring that they have a positive experience in our store.
  • Sales and Rentals: Assist customers with sales and rentals, meeting or exceeding sales goals and providing accurate information about products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including instruments, equipment, and accessories.
  • Store Maintenance: Restock products on fixtures and store displays, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills: A strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to handle challenging situations and provide solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally required to sit, climb stairs or a ladder. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Music Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the music industry and one or more instruments.
