About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team at Russell Stover Chocolates. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HVAC Systems/Service requirements
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production and facility-related equipment
  • Install, troubleshoot, and replace production and facility-related equipment and services
  • Ensure regulatory compliance per OSHA/EPA
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred
  • Intimate working knowledge and experience in electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, and compressed air systems
  • Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Universal Refrigerant License and HVAC certifications are strongly recommended
