Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, values-based patient care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining a comprehensive general health history
  • Providing Family Medicine to include Pediatric On-Call medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing, and current standard of care
  • Screening for health risks and health promotion needs
  • Performing a comprehensive physical examination
  • Obtaining a problem-focused health history
  • Performing a problem-focused physical examination
  • Identifying deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination
  • Ordering or performing screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical program recognized as license eligible for the Oregon State Medical Board
  • Current Oregon State Licensure
  • Current AHA BLS Certification
  • Certifications as required by Medical Staff Credentialing/Bylaws
