Responsibilities
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, values-based patient care for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining a comprehensive general health history
- Providing Family Medicine to include Pediatric On-Call medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing, and current standard of care
- Screening for health risks and health promotion needs
- Performing a comprehensive physical examination
- Obtaining a problem-focused health history
- Performing a problem-focused physical examination
- Identifying deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination
- Ordering or performing screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited medical program recognized as license eligible for the Oregon State Medical Board
- Current Oregon State Licensure
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Certifications as required by Medical Staff Credentialing/Bylaws
