KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding service to prospects, residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and property owners.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of property appearance and curb appeal.
  • Achieve high satisfaction ratings in resident surveys.
  • Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and assist team members or contractors involved in property maintenance and repairs.
  • Train maintenance staff or contractors on standard operating procedures.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies, including replacement parts and tools.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management, ensuring proper documentation and monitoring of expenses.
  • Conduct required inspections following standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance guidelines.
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in on-call duties as scheduled for after-hours emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HVAC/EPA Certification is preferred.
