Job Summary:

Lockton is seeking a skilled Risk Management Professional who can provide personalized support to our Casualty Risk Management book of business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of casualty insurance coverage and be able to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Account Executives and/or Producers to manage an assigned book of business, focusing on Casualty Insurance Lines of coverage.

• Coordinating and executing administrative and service functions for assigned accounts.

• Implementing new lines of coverage by setting up accounts, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with clients and carriers.

• Gathering and compiling exposure information, including loss-runs and stratification.

• Preparing submission documentation and sending to markets, if prompted by Account Executives.

• Requesting and collecting new and renewal quotes from carriers.

• Auditing policies, quotes, binders, and endorsements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Updating specifications, applications, and summary information to reflect changes throughout the policy lifecycle.

• Binding coverage under the direction of the Unit Manager and/or Account Executive.

• Creating marketing and informational materials for client presentations and meetings.

• Sending compliance communications, as needed.

• Assisting with client invoicing and bill discrepancies.

• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and governmental regulations that may impact clients and Lockton.

• Managing Certificate of Insurance and ID card processes.

• Supporting teams with Image Right filing, managing open items lists, and contract reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Business, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of two years of related commercial, underwriting, or risk management experience.

• Prior brokerage, insurance industry, and/or client services experience strongly preferred.

• General understanding of casualty insurance coverage.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates and clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work within high-pressure time constraints.

• Effective critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve complex client service issues.

• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly.

• Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours, as needed.

• Legally able to work in the United States.
