Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPP Instructor to join our team at Philadelphia Job Corps. As a CPP Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging curriculum content, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing personalized career guidance to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Instructional Leadership: Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and meets the unique needs of our diverse student population.
- Career Development: Provide personalized career guidance, helping students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
- Job Readiness Skills: Instruct students in essential job readiness skills, including resume writing, interview techniques, workplace etiquette, and effective communication.
- Technological Proficiency: Integrate technology into the curriculum to ensure students are familiar with industry-relevant tools and software.
