Lot Attendant/Porter

Mazda of Claremont is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and performance of our inventory, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to our mutual success.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our inventory by cleaning vehicles, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes.
• Keep the lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed to support our sales and service teams.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and management.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations to support our sales and service teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our dealership.

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends to meet the needs of our customers and dealership.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve and learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
