About the OpportunityCynet Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in Bridgton, ME. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing echo cases daily, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and adhering to facility guidelines.
Job Summary:
- Perform 6-7 echo cases daily, including adult Echo and Stress Echo
- Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, handling portables and contract agents
- Participate in on-call rotation one night every other week and one weekend every 6 weekends
- Utilize Cerner system for medication, documentation, and communication
- Achieve compliance requirements including up-to-date certifications and references
- Follow schedule and time-off policies as per facility guidelines, with no guaranteed block scheduling
- Demonstrate strong Cerner experience, as training is not provided during orientation
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
- Proficiency in Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital settings
- Ability to perform various echocardiograms including Bubble Study, M-Mode, and Treadmill Stress Echo
- Experience with IV Starts, PACS, 3-D Echo, Phillips, and Cerner
- RDCS or RCS - Adult certification required
The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
