The DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal ICU team. As a Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in a Neonatal ICU setting preferred.
