Job Summary

The Installation Planning Team Lead is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Installation Planning Team under the supervision of the Director of Design. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team's daily activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in installation planning, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software, including Creo, SolidWorks, and Inventor.
  • Experience with Windchill PDM software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional travel to customer sites and training in Germany may be required.
