We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team at Methodist Health System. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide imaging services, including ultrasound, CT scan, PET scan, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures and related techniques for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
- Communicate clearly and openly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment and improve patient outcomes.
- Be accountable for your performance and take initiative for your professional growth.
- Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technologist Program.
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification - ARRT (NM) or NMTCB.
- Texas Department of State Health certification.
- 1 year of work experience required.
