We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Holding PCU team at AdventHealth Celebration. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to achieve successful execution of the patient's plan-of-care.
- Monitor and assess patient physical condition, emotional and social needs, and continually refine the plan-of-care to ensure achievement of desired goals.
- Participate in providing patient-specific care standards as directed, and follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Graduate of a school of nursing
- Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Professional Certification
