About the Job

TerraBella Morristown is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations to residents
  • Monitor residents' conditions and coordinate care services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote residents' health and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Two years of LPN experience required
  • Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
  • Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
