Procurement Director

About the Role:

FIS is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead a team of 8-12 members in managing relationships between the business and clients, avoiding escalations through proactive communication, and setting expectations with clients to provide a low-risk delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, pricing and delivery negotiating skills, and a good understanding of metrics that drive operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships between the business and clients
• Avoid escalations through proactive communication
• Set expectations with clients to provide a low-risk delivery
• Manage team members to drive responsiveness to customers
• Monitor, correct, and help avoid quality issues in the process or vendors' product
• Increase operational efficiency through process improvements or technology
• Meet or exceed Revenue and EBITDA Plan

Requirements:

• Exceptional leadership skills
• Pricing and delivery negotiating skills
• Good understanding of metrics that drive operational improvement
• Strong analytical skills

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
