Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Tennis Professional and Leader of our 12 and Under Junior Program at our newest location, The Atlantic Club in Manasquan, NJ. This role involves creating and delivering high-energy programs for kids aged 3-12, while also managing and growing our preschool tennis programs.



Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Develop and implement effective programs for children aged 3-12
  • Lead and manage a team of tennis professionals
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely fee collections
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
  • USPTA and/or PTR certification required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and youth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
