About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Milling Crew Skid Steer Operator to join our team at Asphalt Specialties Company.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience moving heavy equipment and working with asphalt milling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the milling process by completing groundwork and operating a skid steer.
  • Change teeth on the milling machine as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with crewmembers to work as a team.
  • Flag traffic in front of milling operations.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous milling or asphalt crew experience.

Ability to perform general labor tasks around the mill.

Knowledge of the paving process and proper procedures for quality finished work.

Working Conditions:

This position requires working outdoors in extreme heat and cold for extended shifts.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
