Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a proficient Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a newly established cold storage facility. This position entails a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical maintenance, painting, roofing, and HVAC systems. You will also be tasked with the upkeep and repair of forklifts, ammonia refrigeration systems, office heating and cooling units, dock doors, dock plates, as well as the overall building and grounds maintenance.
Work Schedule- Second Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
- $25-35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

Work Environment
This role will involve working in both a freezer environment and an office setting. The new cold storage facility can reach sub-zero temperatures, and appropriate gear and equipment will be provided to ensure safety and comfort.
