Levy Sector Event Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Levy Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional events and experiences.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of events, from setup to breakdown. This includes but is not limited to:
- Setting up suite areas during set-up days
- Participating in pre-shift meetings and trainings
- Collecting paperwork, radios, and keys
- Ensuring pantries are unlocked and organized prior to events
- Adhering to safety and sanitation standards
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year leadership experience and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Event Setup and Execution
- Set up suite areas during set-up days
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and trainings
- Collect paperwork, radios, and keys
- Ensure pantries are unlocked and organized prior to events
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Guest Service
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Communication
- Maintain effective communication with the management team, servers, and other staff members
- Keep managers informed of union employee issues
Inventory and Closing Procedures
- Complete inventory and event paperwork after each event
- Walk suites at the end of each event to ensure proper closing and cleaning procedures
Salary Information
This position offers a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, employees may be eligible for benefits such as Instapay (early access to wages) and high-interest savings through the EVEN app.
