We're seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at SCS Home Health, where you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:As a Providence caregiver, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality, compassionate care that makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
Key Requirements:- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- A National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire
- One year of experience in an acute care setting
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
