Job Summary

The Insulator at CDI custom curb adapters is responsible for the final assembly of curbs and curb adapters. This includes insulating, crating, and shipping processes. The primary duties involve measuring interior dimensions, installing insulation material, and operating power tools. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure interior dimensions of finished shells
  • Install insulation material, lifting lugs, foil tape, and applicable labels
  • Operate glue guns, drill, sprayer, and pinspotter
  • Review and clean welds, apply cold galvanizing spray paint
  • Track and log work via computer/tablet
  • Load completed product on trucks in line with carrier, DOT, and CDI requirements
