Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home setting
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan
  • Help clients with all personal care functions as needed
  • Help keep clients' environments clean and organized
  • Remind clients to take self-administered medications

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Punctuality
  • Dependability
  • Able to utilize a smartphone-based app

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour

  • Providing smooth transitions home from hospitals or rehabilitation facilities after surgeries
  • Ensuring clear, prompt communication to families and other healthcare providers through real-time access to our care notes and our Care Advocate updates
  • Helping families care for their loved ones while minding all of the details on causes for admissions to hospitals, and having caregivers specifically matched to our clients' particular needs
