The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

Position Summary: The Installation Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the installation department. This may include assisting with daily inventory distribution and warehouse duties, installation production scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, service scheduling and follow-up, and third-party installer recruiting and training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Installation Manager in daily operations of the installation department, including job production scheduling, warehouse and inventory distribution and counts, service scheduling and resolution, and pre-construction walkthroughs.
  2. Assist as needed with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of third-party independent installers.
  3. Work with the Installation Manager to ensure the daily installation schedule is attained.
  4. Accurately enter job orders into the operations app for scheduling, inventory, and job costing purposes.
  5. Order product based on job specs and products related to the installation process to maintain adequate stock and custom inventory.
  6. Work with the office administrative staff to ensure organized work and flow of jobs from schedule to installation completion.
Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in home improvement construction and/or residential installations such as walk-in tubs, windows, stairlifts, water filtration systems, gutter and gutter protection installation, kitchen refacing, etc.
  • Project management experience.
