Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a clean driving history, a strong dedication to safety, and effective time management skills.

As a Truck Driver, your primary responsibility will be to transport goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely and precise deliveries while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver goods and materials to designated locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following assigned routes and schedules.
  • Safely load and unload cargo, maintaining the integrity of the shipment.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor without delay.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the truck at all times.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure the secure handling and transportation of goods.
  • Keep accurate records of driving hours, deliveries, and incidents as required by company policies.
  • Engage professionally with customers during deliveries and address any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately and submitted.
  • Plan routes effectively to enhance efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
  • Adapt to changing conditions and traffic patterns to guarantee timely deliveries.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
  • Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent driving skills with a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS and other routing systems.
  • Good physical condition with the capability to lift and move heavy loads.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
