Key Responsibilities:- Develop tailored financial strategies for clients, taking into account their professional circumstances, life stages, and changing financial requirements.
- Act as a reliable advisor for new clients, proactively seeking, identifying, and establishing potential prospects.
- Be an adaptable, organized team player committed to ongoing training and professional development.
- Assess cash flow, income, financial status, goals, assets, and other financial factors related to wealth management to assist clients in defining and achieving their financial aspirations.
- Offer strategic insights on products, plans, investments, and other avenues to help clients meet their financial objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a related analytical discipline is essential.
- A foundational understanding of the role of a financial consultant, along with a genuine interest in the financial sector and its products, is required.
- Strong mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide excellent customer service to both existing and prospective clients.
- Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office, financial planning tools, Google Suite, CRM systems, and similar programs is important.
- Possession of a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must hold a valid US passport, green card, or a renewable EAD; we are unable to engage with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT candidates.
