Position Overview

As a vital member of our store team, the Cashier plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every traveler leaves our center satisfied and ready to hit the road again.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment focused on exceptional customer service.
  • Assist customers promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Handle transactions efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system; ensure cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage area.
  • Adapt to the needs of the store and management by prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to management.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and supervisors.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A collaborative individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS operations is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
