Key Responsibilities

  • Department Leadership
    • Oversee the management of the orthopedic department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Surgical Expertise
    • Perform complex surgical procedures, including spinal surgery and endoprosthetics.
  • Strategic Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, department efficiency, and staff development.
  • Training and Mentoring
    • Train and mentor resident physicians, ensuring they receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including nursing, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
