About the Department: Our pharmacy team is dedicated to providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care to all patients. They provide centralized oversight to patients with a wide range of disease states, incorporating age and disease-specific characteristics into drug therapy and patient education.
About The Career: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, adjusting recommendations based on patient response, and offering interventions to prevent medication adverse events. You must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be licensed to practice pharmacy in Colorado. Previous experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred, as well as Advanced Cardiac Life support certification (ACLS).
